HOBART | A bookstore, a bank and Mexican-themed, quick-service restaurant are among new tenants coming to Westfield Southlake mall as part of its multi-million dollar renovation.
Burritos, tacos and salads will be available at Chipotle when it opens this spring. The fast and casual restaurant is joining the more than a dozen dining opportunities at the Hobart-based mall.
Just a few months later, Fifth Third Bank will open. In the fall, Borders Books will open.
"We are delighted to welcome these new tenants," said Lia Osburn, marketing director for Westfield Southlake.

The 1.2 million-square-foot shopping center is anchored by four department stores: Carson Pirie Scott, JCPenney, LS Ayres and Sears. It includes about 200 specialty stores and eateries in the mall and on outlots
Westfield Southlake launched its redevelopment project in August.
The expansion includes new restaurants, a Kerasotes Showplace 12-screen theatre, new shops and other retail and service providers.
