MUNCIE — Officials from Delaware County will be heading to Germany in April to help market the county as a place to gain a foothold in American markets.
It will be the latest in a series of statewide efforts to grow Indiana’s international business footprint.
This week, an Indiana delegation led by Gov. Eric Holcomb and Secretary of Commerce Jim Schellinger have been traveling across Europe. The group visited Brussels to meet with business and government leaders for potential investment from Belgium and the European Union.
After Delaware County officials went to Italy last year on a similar trip, they came back to the county with a new business partner.
