Amazon hiring for 350 full-time positions in Jeffersonvoille

JEFFERSONVILLE — Amazon Jeffersonville is growing and is hiring for 350 newly created fulltime roles at its fulfillment center at 900 Patrol Road, Jeffersonville. Shift schedules vary, as do responsibilities.

New employees will join the more than 125,000 regular, full-time employees at Amazon’s more than 100 fulfillment centers across North America to

help pick, pack and ship customer orders.

In addition to hourly wages, Amazon provides employees with a highly competitive, comprehensive benefits package starting on day one including healthcare, disability insurance, 401(k) with 50 percent match, company stock, bonuses and a network of support to help employees succeed.

The company also offers up to 20 weeks of paid leave, a flexible Ramp Back Program and the innovative Leave Share Program that allows employees the ability to share their paid leave with their spouse or partner.

In addition, Amazon offers hourly employees innovative programs like Career Choice, in which the company will pre-pay up to 95 percent of tuition for courses related to in-demand fields, regardless of whether the skills are relevant to a career at Amazon.
