The Indiana State Department of Health on Thursday reported an all-time daily high of 1,962 new COVID-19 cases, topping the previous high of 1,945 set Saturday.

The state also reported 23 additional deaths from COVID-19, the eighth time in the past 10 days in which deaths have been in double digits.

The department reported the testing of 10,586 more unique individuals, the highest testing number in four days.
