ANGOLA — Steuben County United Way has made its drive goal for 2011, it was announced Friday.

Executive Director Bobbi Grill said the goal of $150,000 was surpassed and it’s possible more money could be received.

“We’ve exceeded that. There’s a couple of things left that we need to close out and we hope to have it all in by the end of the month,” Grill said.

More than $158,000 has been pledged from the community. United Way helps provide funds for a number of non-profit organizations in the community.
